Contact Centre

St Cuthberts Care has its own contact centre which provides a service over seven days during office hours; this service is flexible and negotiable. We have a range of rooms to facilitate contact and a variety of resources for children to access, this includes access to community resources. The centre is a neutral meeting place. It is available for children with parents from whom they are separated, where contact is, for whatever reason, an issue when all other realistic options for contact have been exhausted.

We are a member of the National Association of child contact centres and adhere to their code of practice.
